5 000 euros for Vechta’s emergency ambulance for babies

IMG_4376Every year, the MIAVIT GmbH abstains from giving expensive Christmas presents to its customers and associates and donates the money to local projects that are particularly worthy of support.

This year MIAVIT GmbH is donating 5 000 euros for the purchase of an emergency ambulance for babies for St. Marien Hospital in Vechta. The vehicle is required to ensure that premature babies can be safely transported from the hospital where they are born to a specialist clinic while receiving the full medical care required.

This ambulance does not fall under standard emergency services and will thus not be paid for by the health insurance companies. The purchase of this special vehicle must be financed through donations and sponsorship. In total some 200 000 euros of donations will be required.

MIAVIT GmbH would like to contribute towards the purchase of this special vehicle for the children's ward of Vechta's St. Marien Hospital with this donation and hopes that the money required for the purchase will be collected soon.
